Privacy notice

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This notice explains how ReelSplice handles information submitted to its launch waitlist.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We also record the signup time, a record identifier, the signup permission text and notice version, and the page where you signed up. We do not ask for your name, company or other profile details.

How we use your information

We use your email to maintain the waitlist and send relevant ReelSplice launch updates. Clicking “Join the waitlist” gives us permission to contact you for this purpose. Joining does not create an account or guarantee access to a campaign or pilot.

Storage and sharing

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, with signup records stored in Cloudflare D1. Access to records is restricted to the site owner and the service providers needed to operate the waitlist. Email addresses are not publicly displayed or sold.

Security and spam prevention

We validate submissions, limit repeated requests and prevent duplicate signup records. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help protect the form from spam. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep information

We retain waitlist information while it is needed to manage the waitlist and communicate launch updates. Records should be removed when they are no longer needed for that purpose or following a valid deletion request.

Your choices

Joining the waitlist is optional. If you receive an update from ReelSplice, you can use the opt-out instructions in that communication or reply to its sender to withdraw permission, request removal from the waitlist, or ask about your information.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as ReelSplice develops. The latest version will be available on this page, with its update date.
